The Foundation
What is Myofascial Release?
Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds and links everything in your body.
When it becomes tight or restricted, it doesn't just stay in one place. It pulls, compresses, and affects movement, circulation, and even nerve function.
That's often where pain really begins.
Myofascial release is a gentle, precise way of working with that system—helping it soften, release, and restore proper movement.
The Method
Why this approach works
Most treatments focus on the symptom.
But your body works as a system.
When one area is restricted, other areas compensate. Over time, those compensations become patterns.
And those patterns are what keep your pain coming back.
Myofascial release allows me to work with the body as a whole—not forcing it, but guiding it to release where it needs to.
What's Different
This isn't a standard massage
I'm not just working on where you feel pain.
I'm looking at:
- how your body is moving
- where it's compensating
- where restriction actually begins
Sometimes your neck pain isn't coming from your neck. And your lower back isn't the problem—it's the result. That's why this work feels different. And why it lasts longer.
Your Session
What to expect
- Gentle, precise work—not aggressive pressure
- Full-body awareness, not isolated treatment
- Subtle changes that continue after your session
- Guidance on what to do between sessions
Is This Right For You?
This may be right for you if:
- You've tried everything and nothing lasts
- You have chronic or recurring pain
- You experience tightness, burning, or tingling
- You feel like your body isn't moving correctly
What Clients Say
"She figured out what no one else could."
I've been dealing with chronic pain for years and have seen multiple therapists. Jenn was the first person who actually figured out what was going on instead of just treating the symptoms. The difference has been lasting.
— Michelle T.
"This is completely different from anything else I've tried."
I've done massage, chiropractic, physical therapy… nothing stuck. Jenn approaches things differently. She looks at how your body is compensating, and that's what finally made it click for me.
