Reiki
—stillness, support, regulation

Energy-based relaxation work that supports calm, nervous system balance, and overall well-being.

The Foundation

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, energy-based approach that supports relaxation, calm, and nervous system settling.

For many people, it creates a sense of quiet in the body and mind—especially when stress, overstimulation, or emotional load are high.

Not all support has to be mechanical to be meaningful.

Sometimes what the body needs most is less input, not more.

The Method

Why this approach works

Some people are carrying more stress than structure.

Reiki can help support regulation by giving the body a gentler, quieter kind of session experience.

When the nervous system settles, the body often begins to respond differently as well.

This is not about force. It's about helping the system soften.

What's Different

This isn't hands-on structural bodywork

Reiki offers a different kind of support—less mechanical, more regulatory and calming.

I'm looking at:

  • supports nervous system settling
  • offers a quieter, gentler session experience
  • can complement more physical bodywork approaches

For some bodies, stillness is part of what creates change.
